One of the most effective and common printing technologies on the market today is inkjet printers. There are many variations on this design in use for both commercial and private needs, although models used in the private sector use the same basic design and technologies.

Basic Functions of Inkjet Printers

Although there are many versions of inkjet printers, they all share some basic methods. One of the basic methods that an inkjet printer utilizes is to shoot micro drops of ink out of their nozzles and onto blank paper in such a way as to form a pattern that will end up in an image. Commonly, the nozzles that are held by a printer part known as the printer head, will speedily move across the paper, spraying ink on it. Then the paper will be moved a small distance, and the printer will travel over the paper once again. An image is formed from the small lines of ink. These types of printers use printer cartridges
